Herbert is the co-owner and is the hands on manager of the realty company. His family has been in the DeLand area since 1910. He earned his real estate agent license in 2021 in order to be a full time agent in his own agency.

Herbert attended Lake Helen Elementary, Orange City Elementary, Deltona Jr High and DeLand High School.

Herbert has a Master's and a Doctorate in Business and is a member of the Florida Institute of CPA's.
