Joe Underhill

A native Floridian, Underhill has been an active Realtor for over 15 years and has held his real estate license for many more years. He owns and operates a nursery, growing ferns and ornamental greens in West Volusia County. He will be working out of our Deland office, but says he will use his extensive knowledge of the area to show homes and land all over Volusia County.

Joe Underhill lives on eleven and a half acres with his wife, Sandra and two dogs. They have three grown children. He says he loves all outdoor activities including fishing and boating, has a vegetable garden, and is a Florida Gator fan. He is on the board of directors and treasurer of the Barberville Pioneer Art Settlement, which includes a museum and is a popular field trip destination for school children to learn about Florida pioneers.

He is also a past board of directors member of the Northwest Volusia Little League and is a former baseball coach.

Joe Underhill is a member of the West Volusia Board of Realtors.
