Mike has been assisting me in the purchase of a house in Florida. A task made difficult by the fact that I am located in California. The transmittal of data on individual house could only be done by e-mail. This was also complicated by the 3 hour time difference. As an impatient person by nature, my demands for rapid communications placed an extra burden on Mike. During the period of search, offer and closing Mike has been an extreme help. He has always kept my interests foremost in our activity. His explanations of Florida rules and regulations were beneficial to a California resident. His communications were always complete and timely. The passage of documents cross country was expeditious and accurate. I know my calls to him were at my dinnertime and therefore 9 or 10 in Florida. He always responded and adjusted his schedule to my time. The simple proof of his effectiveness is the fact that the time from our first contact to close was approximately 2 months on a short sale purchase. I would certainly call him if I had any additional real estate business in Florida and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
