Jessica is the young mother of 3, ages 7, 2, and 1. Her husband is a native Floridian raised in east Lake County. Although Jessica was born in West Virginia, she too came to Florida early in her life and graduated from the local school system of Deltona thus making her an expert in local market values. Her expertise in web creations and marketing of listings on the internet is invaluable for correct placement for marketing, as well as performing comparative market analysis’ of the local trends for listings.

Mabel, being the wife of a U.S.A.F. retiree has traveled extensively and brings years of experience to the table having worked in mortgage banking as well as real estate.  She has had her real estate license since 1989 and has worked in Virginia and Mississippi before settling permanently in Florida in 1993.  She enjoys working with people, finding the right house for them, their "dream house" if you will, and then bringing that dream of theirs to fruition.  In today's market, hers and Jessica’s focus has become that of helping owners with significant mortgage payment problems to sell their homes in "short sale" transactions.  
 
It is here that Jessica’s assessment skills becomes imperative for pricing that home for sale, and Mabel’s banking skills come in to play for working with a lender, which has become increasingly difficult.

Thanks for taking the time to navigate to our information page.  Let us tell you a little bit about ourselves and we’ll brag about our real estate accomplishments later. We both enjoy adventure and discovering the local attractions in Florida. We are avid animal lovers and go horseback riding, boating & fishing, and camping.
 
We have been sisters all of our lives and offer 15 years experience in commercial and residential real estate. We were top producers in West Volusia for commercial sales in 2006.  This award shows the great passion and desire we have in this business. I worked in my father’s auto body shop that had a 24 hour towing service from the time I was 12 until I was 24. At that time I purchased the business and operated it until 1984. At that point, I opened my first video store and  had 3 stores during the peak of the video business, which I closed down by 1998.
 
I became a Florida real estate licensee in July of 1997,  activated my license and became a REALTOR® IN 1998.
I can’t imagine living anywhere else because we are so centrally located to so much activity in Central Florida. I have seen so many changes through the years and the area is rich with history, even Deltona didn’t exist until I was a little older as a boy.
 
I am excited about the affordability of homes in the current market. A few years ago homes were getting “out of reach” financially for so many people wanting to own their own home. Today, I specialize in pre-foreclosure properties (short sales) where I feel there is a need to assist people in getting their lives back on track while at the same time filling the need for housing for a new homeowner.

Hi, my name is Barbara Payne and I have been involved in Real Estate for over 11 years.  I moved to Florida in 1994 with my husband of 16 years and have very much enjoyed living in West Volusia.  I am very involved in my church and enjoy spending time at Lake Woodruff Wildlife Refuge when I am not helping buyers and sellers with real estate or manufactured homes.

We moved here from Rochester, New York, where I was a Realtor and Insurance Agent for 30 years. I graduated from RIT and The Realtors Institute. My wife was a school teacher for 30 years.
 
To get out of the "snow banks" we moved to Florida, after having visited my relative in 1998-99.  We like the area, as there are a lot of things we can do. After being here a while, I,was asked by the Police Chief to help him do some things. For almost 12 years I was a "gofer" for him. One day at the Post office I met an agent from EXIT Realty who invited me to meet their manager, since I had been a Realtor in New York State.
 
To make a long story short I started selling manufactured homes in Lake Helen Villa. I now cover other communities where the manufactured homes are on rented lots.
